[XSL-LIST Mailing List Archive Home] [By Thread] [By Date] [Recent Entries] [Reply To This Message] RE: Converting an xml to another xml Using XSLT
I got an e-mail suggesting that my subject line has an "Uninformative Subject Line" ... Yes, any you did change the subject line. But you didn't make it any more specific. Just as virtually every posting on XSL-List could be described by "XSLT: Transforming one markup to another markup", so could they all be described as "Converting an xml to another xml Using XSLT". You didn't fix it, you just changed it. A better subject line for your question may have been "Simple element to element mapping at multiple hierarchical levels", or something else that describes the key point of your question. In writing subject lines think about how the thread will show in the archives and write a line that will allow people who have a similar question to know that their question is addressed here. -- Tommie -- ====================================================================== B.
