  What does the result look like? Just "bla"? Does the following work
as you expect?

    <xsl:template match="*">
      <xsl:text>bla</xsl:text>
      <xsl:apply-templates select="*"/>
    </xsl:template>

    <xsl:template match="News[@termin]">
      <xsl:text>blub</xsl:text>
      <xsl:apply-templates select="*"/>
    </xsl:template>
