Hi Julian,

<xsl:variable name="image" select='substring-after("$currentnode/@*[name()
=current()/@field]","-")'/>

Should be:
<xsl:variable name="image"
select='substring-after($currentnode/@*[name()=current()/@field],"-")'/>

That is, without the " around the XPath, that you want to execute.
