It will make the XSL-List archives considerably more browse-able if
we all take care to trim subject lines that are starting to fill
with cruft - especially if that cruft is at the beginning of the line.

I am not talking about one instance of "RE : ..." which indicates
that this is a reply; but sometimes these start to build up, and that makes the subject lines difficult to read.
