No you don't. You can use other XML tools for that, for example writing a
program that takes an RDF model as input and outputs XMI.

Maybe, but none that I've heard of. You might be more lucky if you asked this
on an RDF mailing list.

If you have to write this yourself, then you just need to define how you want
to map a given RDF/XML structure to a corresponding structure in XMI and write
templates according to it. When you have an example of the input (RDF/XML) and
the desired output (XMI), post them here and someone can help you.
