RE: Converting XML to XML

Source XML:
	<parameters>
		<parameter>
		</parameter>
		<parameter>
		</parameter>
		<parameter>
		</parameter>
	<parameters>

My code:
	<xsl:template match="PARAMETERS">
		<FormMD>
			<xsl:for-each select="PARAMETER">
				<xsl:apply-templates select="PARAMETER">
				</xsl:apply-templates>
			</xsl:for-each>
		</FormMD>
	</xsl:template>
	<xsl:template match="PARAMETER">
		<Name>
		</Name>
	</xsl:template>

This is not working. Is there any problem in my code ?

Note that is a namespace declaration not an attribute according to the
Xpath model. presumably you have declared the FO namespace in your
stylesheet. Just don't do that if you don't want to generate FO.
