Is the server sending/using UTF-8? I have had a couple of windows server admins say yes, but when we tracked it down they were not.

Well the raw XML shows in UTF-8. I think it's a problem in the stylesheets but there are about ten involved so I'll let Gabriel examine them :)


Yes, I have seen this too. Perhaps it has more to do with the machine processing in one encoding, but sending a different one.


Just some guesses :) Perhaps a wiccan can shed some light :)
