When you say "Eclipse" I assume you mean you are running one of the
extensions to the Eclipse environment that support running
transformations and obtaining the results inside of the IDE?  If you
can determine which of these extensions/tools you are using then it
will be a lot easier to determine what needs to happen to gain the
benefit of transforming an XSLT 2.0-based stylesheet.
