xslt dynamic import

No. xsl:import and xsl:include are compile time directives, they are
resolved before xslt starts to process the source.

You can control the flow of execution depending on a value in the source
in other ways, or even if necessary first use xxlst to generate a
one-off stylesheet using the source as input.
