Yes that's why I commented (I wouldn't have mentioned the missing node-set otherwise, as you'd declared the namespace and said it had to be used, so the OP would have figured it out, I'm sure) But you need to test with saxon 6 not saxon 8. XSLT2 doesn't need a node-set extension and will not generate an error if you do not use it. In general you can use _any_ XSLT2 functionality in a stylesheet marked as version="1.0" and an XSLT2 processor will not complain, but the stylesheet will not work as expected, or will generate errors, if used on an XSLT1 system.
