Hi,

OK, fair enough. I personally don't use it for anything but PDF, and
haven't explored the other options.

What would 'text' produce? Rich text? Word Docs? Plain text?

I don't agree!

XSL-FO is "an XML vocabulary for specifying formatting
semantics." (quoted from spec). i.e. using XSL-FO we
can specify formatting of documents.. You may imagine
it as an enhanced form of CSS. CSS is targeted to web
presentation.. But XSL-FO can be rendered(after
conversion or if the medium natively supports it) to
other mediums also (like PDF, text etc).

Mukul
