asynchronous pluggable protocol xml
Anyone know of any xsl processor that when running on Windows it relies on the
asynchronous pluggable protocol functionality exported by Urlmon.dll? MSXML does
not seem to do so. Anyone know in the case of MSXML why it doesn't? (other than
the obvious security reasons)
