I have added the following lines to the template to get the display to
look like what is shown below with the LA Code hightlighting the data in
SchemeName, however in the results it is not returning the SchemeName or
the text LA Code ?? But it is returning the rest of the information ??

Can you see why this is the case from the code I have added ?

<xsl:template match="SchemeName">
<xsl:text>LA Code
</xsl:text>
<xsl:value-of select="SchemeName" />
<xsl:apply-templates/>
</xsl:template>

LA Code, 03732

Address3, Address4,PostCode, DateComplete, DescriptionOfWorkItems

Sorry, little mistake. Swap those elements:

<xsl:template match="BuildingRecord">
	<xsl:text>
	</xsl:text>
	<xsl:apply-templates select=".//*[not(*)] | .//apd:*/*"/>
</xsl:template>

or:

<xsl:template match="BuildingRecord">
	<xsl:text>
</xsl:text>
	<xsl:apply-templates select=".//*[not(*)] | .//apd:*/*"/>
</xsl:template>

(only a linebreak inside an 'xsl:text' element, will be added to the
result tree)
