Jeb Boniakowski writes: "Also, I keep coming across vague references to the fact that MSXSL.exe v3 is perhaps not the ideal way of transforming my xml docs. Given that I'm on windows, is there a better tool to use?" You might want to try Saxon.net if you are doing VB.net development (or C# for that matter) http://www.x2x2x.org/x2x2x/home/ The elusive 'ideal way' is really up to you and other constraints (budget, platform, etc) Saxon.Net is a good 'free' XSLT 2 parser for the Microsoft Dot net platform. Good luck, Jim Neff
