So you should use the prefix not only for CorporateActionAnnouncement which I took as an example but for all elements. /t:CorporateActionAnnouncement/CorporateAction/GeneralInformationBlock should became /t:CorporateActionAnnouncement/t:CorporateAction/t:GeneralInformationBlock and so on.
