A web-distributable version is about done ... stay tuned ... (I've been quelling a fever over the last few days: the virus is now dead or rapidly expiring, leaving me to return my attention to its usual obsessions.)

Thanks for your interest. As far as the XSLT is concerned, it's no great shakes -- stuff we do here all the time. (Part of the point of the paper is that this kind of thing is not hard to do.)
