I don't know what is wrong. Thanks for any help.
Here's the XML:
<?xml version="1.0"?>
<?xml-stylesheet
href="/Users/zjwsun/Sites/hrl/xsl/getRSS.xsl"
type="text/xsl"?>

Have you tried using the full http address for the location of the xsl file?
