msxml3 download
I've just tested to parse it trought XML Spy and choose MSXML 4, and it worked.

But when I use in C#

using System.Xml;
using System.Xml.XPath;
using System.Xml.Xsl;

and parse it trows an error.

I think the System.Xml.Xsl processor is the more recent one, but the general
gossip is that MSXML3/4 is technically superior (faster, more conformant,
less buggy).

I'm never sure what people mean by running "on the .NET framework". As far
as I am aware, the .NET framework allows you to run COM (and indeed Java)
applications quite happily. But I'm not an expert on the MS platform or
jargon.
