The spec quite deliberately doesn't mandate the algorithm that processors
should use for generating namespace prefixes. The algorithms that today's
products use are almost certainly better than any algorithm the spec-writers
could have dreamt up, because they benefit from continuous feedback, like
the example you have just provided.
