resolving entities

Hi all,
I'm trying to produce some JavaScript using xsl, buit I'm having
problem with & entity.

I need to produce something like:
HM_Array1=[[,sp,ep],["Chamadas","main-switch?folder=/mart/chamadas&report
_id=chamadas",1,0,0]]

The problem is the request parameters passed are:
 folder=/mart/chamadas (and is Ok)
 amp;report_id=chamadas (not ok. I need to passe report_id=chamadas.

Is that possible tell in the stylesheet to resolve entities?
