Hey Everyone,

A while back I registered "xsltblog.com" and had plans to use it as a
community-styled blog where we all could interact in a more structured
environment to develop time stamped content that focused on the current
issues in the world of XSLT. Now more than ever it seems this would be
a great time to put this together and give the world a place where they
can come and get the latest news and updates from those whose lives
revolve around the technology.

Let me know if any of you have a desire to be a part of something like
this and I will set aside a bit of time in the next 24 hours to put
together some quick software and a UI to give the functionality for
everyone who would like to be a part (beyond posting comments to the
original postings) of this there own section and password protected
access to begin making post's.

As you can see if you go to the link it currently points to one of my
other projects in the works, generationXML.com (just a place holder
until I developed the UI). Just so you know, generationXML.com is
designed to be more of a central repository and index of
up-to-the-minute news related to XML from any and every RSS or ATOM
based source that contains such publications as well as a place for
industry experts to develop daily/weekly/monthly columns and one off
articles specific to there area of expertise. It seems now more than
ever would be a perfect time to get this project up and out the door so
expect more information regarding this project sometime soon. In the
mean time if any of you have a desire to publish or already have content
that you feel would fit nicely on this site (I also have many of the
other main areas of XML technology registered using the generationX
prefix, generationXSLT.com included, so content more specific to each of
the main areas of XML will have a place to call home) please let me know
and I will add you to the list of people to contact when things are
ready and in place to move forward with this.

If there is a way to use any of these sites to the benefit of XSLT then
I am more than willing to do my part to get them off the ground as
quickly as possible, especially XSLTBlog.com. Let me know your thoughts
regarding either of these projects but more specifically XSLTBlog.com as
I think getting this up and content created as quickly as possible would
be much to our advantage in creating a central place for the world to
access XSLT-specific information and as such generate support for the
future of XSLT.

Looking forward to your replies!
