concatenating emails

Basically what I'm trying to do is "expand" a RELAX-NG
schema so that all of the includes are merged in-place into
the main part of the schema.

I had a not dissimilar need a week or two back.
I found http://www.kohsuke.org/relaxng/rng2srng/ did what I want.
Unsure what happens with includes, but its highly likely they
are simplified as are other complexities?
