xsl variable concat

Wrong design. The way to handle structured data is to use XML. Use a single
variable

<xsl:variable name="HE">
  <HE01_1>-30 min.</HE01_1>
  <HE02_1>08:00</HE02_1>
</xsl:variable>

and then you can access its components using path expressions (using the
xx:node-set() extension if in XSLT 1.0)
