bind xsl to xml
You can refer to the contents of the original document as "/", but there is
no (portable) way of determining the URI from which the document was loaded.

#
# Hello,
#
# If this is the wrong place to ask the following please
# point me in the right direction.
#
# After a client requests an XML document that has a
# processing instruction along the lines of
# <?xml-stylesheet href="mystylesheet.xsl"
# type="text/xsl"?> is it possible to refer to the
# original XML document from the resultant document?
# Where does the original XML go?
#
# Thanks,
#
