unknown numbers uk

.. so that the title is the "incremental number of columns". my problem
is, that after beginning the new table (if n == position() )
the title begins to count with 1 again. how can i prevent this?

you use the code I posted.

on the outer loop store the position() -1 in $x so this is the table
count, starting at 0.

in the inner loop store the position() (in $y not $x)

then $y is the column count (starting at 1) within this group
and
$x * $n + $y
is the cumulative column count.
