second xml file
Youve posted two messages now and still given essentially no information
that would help anyone answer your problem.

You've shown your 2nd xml file (but not your first)
you've shown a tiny fragment of your xsl which matches an element called
assign but with some parameter nametmp and a global variable dataxmltmp
neither of which you show any definition for.

Your fragment appeared to show that the assign element is a child of
field but your template for assign wasn't accessing that child field but
rather $dataxmltmp//field which is presumably some other element in some
other document.

David
