[XSL-LIST Mailing List Archive Home] [By Thread] [By Date] [Recent Entries] [Reply To This Message] RE: A MySQL heads-up.
This thread started because Ben was surprised at the XML a tool produced, and sent a message telling us about it so we wouldn't be surprised. Then other people have told him that he shouldn't have been surprised because ... In my opinion, when smart experienced people are surprised it means that the "correct" behavior of the tool isn't obvious to all. So, telling us about surprising behavior of a tool that can reasonably be used to create the input for XSL manipulation and/or display is on topic. Lengthy discussion of the "correct" behavior of the tool or the "correct" expectations of users is off topic. SO, thank you, we have been alerted. And I think that probably is enough on this topic for XSL-List. -- Tommie -- ====================================================================== B.
