Also... the & "ampersand" breaks my XML. Uggg, frustrating. Not sure how to get this to work. Here is what I have for my find/replace XML source: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UT-8"?> <replace xmlns:foo="http:www.meetscoresonline.com/foo"> <foo:special_characters> <foo:char>_</foo:char> <foo:char>%</foo:char> <foo:char>$</foo:char> <foo:char>{</foo:char> <foo:char>}</foo:char> <foo:char>&</foo:char> </foo:special_characters> <foo:string_replacement> <foo:search> <foo:find>±</foo:find> <foo:replace>$\pm$</foo:replace> </foo:search> <foo:search> <foo:find>°</foo:find> <foo:replace>$\degree$</foo:replace> </foo:search> <foo:search> <foo:find>©</foo:find> <foo:replace>\copyright</foo:replace> </foo:search> <foo:search> <foo:find>¶</foo:find> <foo:replace>$\mathbb{P}$</foo:replace> </foo:search> </foo:string_replacement> </replace> ----- Original Message ----- From: "Karl J.
