 If you look in the XSLT Recommendation (on line at www.w3.org/TR/xslt) you will find an appendix with a DTD fragment. It is not intended to be used by itself, however, since most stylesheets use literal result elements, and therefore confound DTDs, which don't (can't) know about them.
