xslt tolower
XSLT 2.0 inherits XPATH functions to do this

http://www.w3.org/TR/xquery-operators/#func-upper-case

not sure if implemented in latest SAXON though.

Subject: XSLT Problem - Case Conversion

Hi,

Is there any built-in function like toupper() or
tolower() in XSL so that we can convert the text -
such as upper to lower or vice versa? e.g. I want to
see 'STATUS' or 'STATUSCODE' as 'Status' or
'Statuscode.

If there is no built-in function how shall I use it in
xsl document?

Thanks,

Saurabh

	<var name="STATUSCODE">
		<string>0</string>
	</var>
</struct>

struct.html

Current Output
-------------

STATUS		No Error

STATUSCODE	0

Expected Output
-------------

Status		No Error

Statuscode	0
