Hi I came across a best practices whitepaper on xfront.com that suggested "dangling" types as the best way for creating variable content container elements. But of course this article was written in 2001 and it mentions the inadequacy of the validators at the time. I do understand that this might be the wrong place but since this is critical to the application of my stylesheets I am posting a question and if the moderators feel that this is not a valid message please do let me know and feel free to remove it. "Would it be possible for some of the more experienced thinkers out here to give some insights as to which engines currently support dangling types in a schema (XSD) and whether or not .NET system.xml classes would support the same?" I'll appreciate some insight. Thanks. Abhishek Sanwal XSL-List info and archive: http://www.mulberrytech.com/xsl/xsl-list
