There's a lot of threads on this list about handling various whitespace problems. normalize-space() is a function that will remove trailing and preceding whitespace, I am however at a loss from your letter to figure out if you're actually using xslt anywhere in your process, if so what is the processor etc. also as a general rule good to provide example of the xslt used and the xml document it is being ran against. -----Original Message----- From: owner-xsl-list@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:owner-xsl-list@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Morten Andersen Sent: Tuesday, July 15, 2003 2:48 PM To: XSL-List@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: spaces between all characters in JDom output I've parsed some html into a JDom document and outputtet it to another String. There is a space between all the characters in the output. How do I solve that? (Something to do with encodings??)
