avoid namespace
I have forgotten how to avoid copying the namespace declaration,
when copying nodes to resulttree.

For example if I copy node /nodeset from sourcetree I sometimes get
<com.csc_FinancialInd
xmlns:fo="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Format">N</com.csc_FinancialInd>

I remember that this was one topic in the Ken's course last winter.

Cheers,
Jarkko
