image to base64
Hello,

I define an element "img" (with the attributs like
src, width etc.) in a schema. In this element "img", I
want to put in the xml-document the code of image,
which I first tranform in Base64.

And than, I transform all the xml-document to the
HTML-output.

Question:

Who know an Tool, which tranform image (jpg, gif and
png) into Base64?

And after I put the code Base64 of the image in my
xml-document, how could I build the xslt-Stylesheet,
to transform the code Base64 into the image back?

Please help.

Thank you.
