Fwd: question about symbols in attribute value

Some add: I only need to be sure that if I want output 0x0a I
see in out put 0x0A but not the 0x0D,0x0A

need cteate text output from xml with
delims between fields and lines in output
and delims must be in input-xml
and I plan to put it in atribute value named field_delim & line_delim

but delims may be as some symbol, so and "&#13;&#10;" or "&#13;" ....

how do it in xsl ????

I surmise, that xslt porcessor not allow all range of symbols in
attribute value......
