Speaking of doctypes, is there a way to specify the top-level element name in the doctype declaration using the xsl:document or xsl:output elements? For example, if the top-level element in the DTD is 'book', the DOCTYPE declaration in the output will look like <!DOCTYPE book... But what if I want to instead reference a child element named 'chapter': <!DOCTYPE chapter... ? Is there any way to do this besides using <xsl:text>?
