I'm glad Wendell and Eliot have spoken up!

In addition to the two very attractive offerings from Mulberry and ISOGEN quoted below, Crane Softwrights Ltd. also offers on-site or public training in both XSLT and XSL-FO. We have five days of XSL training divided into three days of XSLT/XPath and two days of XSL-FO; syllabi can be reviewed here to compare to the other companies' offerings:

Our FO course is lighter than Eliot's (just a one-day to get you started), but we do the whole shebang for XSLT, as well as some other nifty things. We also do customized and on-site training.
