If you are using the html output method and getting &apos; then there's
nothing you can do from within xslt to stop it, as it isn't supposed to
happen.

I did note that you were using disable-output-escaping. _not_ using that
is always a good idea, but I doubt it'll make any differece here.

"any xslt system" It might just be enough to make sure you have the
latest version of the one you've got. If you are using an old one, the
bug may have been fixed.
