See the companion site to the first Jeni Tennison book where it tortures
you to go any further with the online version with random questions:
"OK, what's at the bottom of page 163?" 

That is rather self-defeating for an online version (really annoying to
answer such questions twice), but would be tolerable for a one time
download.
