abbreviated form for thomas
I quite like the idea of an abbreviated syntax if it is easy to use.
Ideally I'd like

	<xsl:template match="p">
		<xsl:apply-templates>
	</xsl:template>

to be represented as

	element p
		output "%c"

...and so on.

David.
