Your CSS is specifying absolute font sizes (eg. font-size: 14pt; or font-size: 14px; or something similar). Change it to use relative sizes (eg. font-size: 80%; or font-size: smaller;). Note that if you use relative sizes styles will show the inheritance from each other, so if your table set's font size 80% and your cell sets font size 80% you will end up with a font size of 64% of the base you started from (80% of 80%)...
