Compare 2 Xml files & output a single XML

Hi everyone,
	I want 2 copy any 2 XML files & output a single XML file which is
Union of both the Files. Can any one give me some help regarding this... 
Kindly excuse if this posting has been there previously but unfortunately I
am unable to access the archive due to absence of Internet on my machine. 
Please help.
