Well yes, I have on occasion dreamed about code of some form another (usually colored turquoise for some reason), but this was pretty hallucinatory in it's intensity. Usually, if I dream code I have a specific problem and I wake up with the answer. This wasn't about any problem in particular (other than perhaps a really abstract way of looking at being sick).
