xsl finding attributes
Hello Carlos,

it's dependent on the context.

If you use your code in a template

<xsl:template match="/">
  <xsl:if test="root/item[@id = '2']">
     ...
  </xsl:if>
</xsl:template>

it should work.

Regards,

Joerg

Hi people,

for example:

<root>
   <item id="1"/>
   <item id="2"/>
   <item id="3"/>
   <item id="4"/>
</root>

how can I know if exists an id with specific value

I'm trying this...

<xsl:if test="root/item[@id = '2']">
   ...
</xsl:if>

thanks

Durand
