Scott,
At 02:31 PM 7/2/2002, you wrote: I have been directed to add a <img src="/somepathtoanimage"> to the xsl. But the path needs to be dynamic (coming from a servlet parameter). So I created a <xsl:param name="image" select="'/defaultpath'" /> If you were to show us the piece of code which generates the <img/> (and in which you use the parameter you set up), someone could say why the <img/> in your XSLT is being processed as a string and not a node. Is this the way people add dynamic HTML do their transformation, or is there a better way, using some other tool.? From what you have described this sounds like a perfectly reasonable way of doing it.
