RE:  Best Practices for inline elements
The example Jeni provided works well for everything except what I have in 
xsl:for-each statements. 

For example this statement:
<xsl:for-each select="ROW[3]/CELL/DESCRIPTION">
	<p><xsl:value-of select = "PARA" /></p>
</xsl:for-each>

does not return any bold text.

Do I need to do something different for this case?
