RE: HTML table structure

Sorry my mistake, I was playing with the rowspan and forgot to add it back in.
Here is a look at what I want as the end result. I have taken the HTML code out of the XSL file and replaced the XSL code with plain text and it works fine. But when transforming it with XSL it gives me 3 rows with no span, instead of 2 rows with one cell spanning the 2 on the right.

this is what I am getting now:
