RE: [ANN] Ipedo XML Database 3.1 Now Available

On a point of information, since this is a technical forum and people
like precision, there are no "current update syntax proposals before the
W3C". There's an informal group of companies (including Software AG),
with no formal links to W3C, developing a proposal for update syntax
which we hope to submit to W3C at some time in the future, when it's
ready.
