Compare 2 XML and get the result

Hi All,
   I need to get the difference of 2 xml of same structure.
   Say X1 and X2 are 2 xml files ,I need to compare this 2 XML files
   and get the result as xml.

   But still it would be great to have more pointers.
   Looking for replies as soon as possible.
