  Just to explain, as an implementor myself, I have hardly the time to
really check all mails on this list to see if they relate to my software.
The last thing one implementor wants to do is chase dozens of list for
possible bug reports. It's that simple ...
  I don't disagree with the idea of checking in advance, but for example
looking at the title of the message you knew in advance it was possibly
a problem with your specific implementation, right ?
